About this event

What if the intentions you plant now could take root in the quiet of the season and guide you through the months ahead?

Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and release what is no longer needed. As the leaves fall and the energy of nature turns inward, we are offered a powerful opportunity to listen more deeply and reconnect with what truly matters. This 90-minute session is designed to align with that natural rhythm, supporting you in creating a sankalpa, a heartfelt intention that arises from your deepest truth.

We will begin with a guided reflection to help you turn inward and uncover what is ready to be honored, released, or cultivated. From there, you will craft a personal sankalpa, a steady and meaningful intention to carry with you through the season.

Our practice will continue with a slow, grounding asana sequence designed to embody and support your intention, helping you feel rooted, steady, and connected. We will close with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, allowing your sankalpa to settle into the subconscious, where it can gently take root and grow.
